1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Productions Azur, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bios, etc.) but grant us a license to display and distribute it on the platform. You must not upload content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes on others' rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to harass other users, post fraudulent castings, scrape platform data, circumvent security measures, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Casting Listings
Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their casting listings. We do not guarantee the legitimacy of every listing but actively moderate content and verify company accounts.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase as described in our pricing FAQ.
7. Intellectual Property
Productions Azur, its logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Productions Azur is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
